Neven Dilkov, Founder and CEO of Neterra, has been named to the prestigious 2026 Power 100. Curated by the authoritative UK-based publication Capacity Media, the annual list honors the 100 most influential figures shaping the global telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.

According to Capacity, the 2026 Power 100 celebrates "the trailblazers, innovators, and leaders shaping the global digital infrastructure landscape." The publication further emphasizes that the indexing is "entirely independent, with no input from our sponsors or commercial partners."

Dilkov’s inclusion in this elite group comes as a recognition of his more than 30 years of industry expertise and visionary leadership. Under his guidance, Neterra has evolved into a powerhouse independent global telecom, operating in over 220 locations across 75+ countries, and recently became an authorized reseller of Starlink by SpaceX.

Today, Neterra serves over 1,000 enterprise clients worldwide, including 9 of the world’s top 10 telecom operators. The company’s excellence has been consistently recognized on the international stage, securing the "Best Connectivity Provider in Central & Eastern Europe" award for three years in a row (2023, 2024, and 2025).
In addition to Neterra, Dilkov is the mastermind behind NetIX - one of the world’s top 10 internet exchange platforms, which regularly records daily traffic peaks exceeding 7 Terabits per second (Tbps). The Neterra group of companies also includes other highly successful ventures, such as Sofia Data Center, Neterra.Cloud, and Neterra.TV.

"This recognition carries a profound responsibility toward both the industry and our clients," said Neven Dilkov, commenting on the achievement. "It motivates us to keep pushing boundaries, delivering resilient, innovative services, next-generation infrastructure, and new growth opportunities for global businesses."

Beyond his entrepreneurial success, Dilkov is deeply committed to driving the industry forward through advocacy and leadership roles. He recently completed two successful terms as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ecta), where he continues to serve as a Board Member. Additionally, he was an active member of the Forbes Business Council up until 2025.
