Neven Dilkov held a presentation entitled “TV Wholesaling & Franchising – Examining the Options” at the IPTV World Forum in London

The main focus of Mr. Dilkov's presentation included partnering with ISPs, incumbents and cable operators in improving the quality of user experience, as well as exploiting hosted IPTV services to enrich the user experience. Neterra's Managing Director spoke about the company's successful partnership model of delivering IPTV service in Bulgaria.

Neterra's Complete Modular IPTV Infrastructure system, that is already in use in Bulgaria for the IPTV service QUARTO, is actually an interconnected system where video content is acquired, prepared, encoded, stored and streamed to the partner both live and on-demand. It is complete with statistical (people metrics) module, CAS (Conditional Access System), monitoring and video quality measuring systems, billing and payment modules.

Now firmly established as the leading event in the IP Video space, as the IPTV World Forum entered its sixth year, it tracked the development of IP and interactivity further into the market.

This year's IPTV World Forum had visitors pre-registered to attend from 98 countries, up from 82 countries last year, and 340 service provider organisations in attendance. Furthermore, there were visitors from 1,700 companies in attendance this year.
