The award winners were announced yesterday at a ceremony at Sheraton Hotel, Sofia.
Neterra won second prize in the Service Quality category after last week it was nominated along with four other companies operating in different sectors. Anglo-American School of Sofia won first place in the category and Eltrak Bulgaria was ranked third. This is another recognition for Neterra after the nominations received at European Data Center Awards, HSBC Business Awards and the special award of the jury, which the company brought from the ICT Summit Eurasia Awards a few months ago.
The companies presented a brief history of their business and the key factors, contributed to their success. For the Service Quality category, the applicants shared their future business plans, how they monitor and maintain the high level of services offered and why they consider them perfect. Each question brought a different number of points and had a varying weight when calculating the final grade.
"Neterra was in an extremely competitive category. Each of the companies is among the leaders in their market. We are proud to receive that honour and we are glad that our work was highly appreciated by the jury," said Tihomir Valkov, Marketing Manager at Neterra. "We hope that Forbes Business Awards will become a major business platform in Bulgaria through the years," added he.
This year Forbes Business Awards were held for the first time in Bulgaria. The organizers aimed to promote entrepreneurship and fair business practices in the country. The platform enabled the candidates to present their competitive advantages and outstanding service quality, individual approach to their clients and the performance of their experts.
