Neterra established an Advisory Board

Neterra has established an external and independent advisory board, whose aim is to provide expertise, guidance and business-development insight in areas including but not limited to marketing, sales, financing, expansion among others to the company’s owner and C-level management.

The Neterra advisory board has attracted world class professionals with a diverse set of backgrounds, motivated by the opportunity to be part of the Neterra team at this exciting time in the life of the company.

“We have very ambitious plans for Neterra’s development in the near future and I am convinced that with the help of the advisory board we will be able to achieve our targets. We are looking to not only grow, but grow sustainably and become much more global and internationally relevant. Having had our first board meeting, I am very excited at the prospect of working with such professionals”, said Neven Dilkov, Founder and CEO of Neterra.

Neven Dilkov, George Szlosarek and Maya Kalcheva are permanent members of the Advisory board, with other senior executives expected to join.

About the Advisory Board Members

Milena Ivanova, Chairperson of the Advisory board
Certified non-executive director (IDP-C), Independent advisor, coach and mentor, based in Sofia, Bulgaria

Milena served as a non-executive director at Vostok Emerging Finance, a publicly listed venture fund (MCAP $350mn) investing in fintech start-ups across emerging markets, between 2015 - 2020. She acts as an independent advisor, a coach and mentor since 2013 and is the founder of oshadhi.bg.

An experienced professional with a background in financial institutions, that spans work across corporate finance, equity research, asset management and venture investing. Prior to completion of an MBA degree from INSEAD in 2003, worked for 5.5 years in the executive search and recruitment industry, experience which has given a solid foundation to the people side of managing teams and businesses.

Professional experience focused on emerging markets over a period of twenty years including roles in Poland, Kazakhstan, Russia in addition to London and Vienna.

Astrid Rauchfuß,
Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in Munich, Germany

Astrid has over twenty years of experience in strategy consulting with focus on digital, go-to-market and transformation for tech and telco companies. Astrid has a proven ability to successfully manage large programs as well as line organizations and has gained leadership experience in an international cooperation with top talents and state-of the art processes, systems and tools.

Gustavo Burnier,
Managing Director, Executive Board Member UK, Designit, a global innovation firm acquired by WiproDigital, based in London, UK

Gustavo has focused most of his career on helping teams shape industries and companies through digital. His 25 years’ experience has seen him work and live in New York, Buenos Aires, London, São Paulo and Madrid.

During this time, he was one of the first employees and CMO of Despegar.com, Latin America’s largest online travel agency, which IPO’ed on Nasdaq in 2017; he was the COO/CMO during the turnaround of HotelUrbano.com, a U$100MM+ Rev/Year online travel operation, and he was the Head of Digital Marketing at eBay Spain.

He also helped drive change in large companies such as Global Digital Director at WPP and as Partner at AlmapBBDO, when they were awarded the most creative agency in the world in 2011 and ranked top 3 in 2012 and 2013.

Outside of his day-job, Gustavo is active in the Venture Capital and Tech Startups with social impact arena. He works pro-bono for EAI, an impact investment organization providing supportive capital to promising and ambitious young entrepreneurs in Rwanda to generate social and economic impact. And he is at the Board of Woom Fertility, a technology company focused on women’s health.

Sofia Marimba, Finance Business Partner for Western Europe Finance - New Business for Microsoft, based in Lisbon, Portugal

Sofia has spent the last 10 years working within the commercial finance function initially at Vodafone, and now at Microsoft. Her 20+ years professional experience, including seven years in management consulting has had a strong focus on the Technology industry and in Commercial and Finance areas.
