Neterra's infrastructure and services remained unaffected by the global IT systems outage on Friday, July 19, 2024. Thanks to strict security measures and the proactive selection of reliable technology partners, all of the company's services, including international connectivity, colocation and hosting, cloud services, GPS vehicle tracking, and more, have continued to function smoothly without any interruptions.

The IT outage on Friday was caused by an error in how a software update from cybersecurity provider CrowdStrike interacted with the Windows operating system. Neterra does not use CrowdStrike products, so the company's clients can rest assured that their services are safe.

Pavel Marchev, Chief Technical Officer at Neterra, commented: "At Neterra, we have always prioritized security and reliability. Therefore, we want to assure all our clients that their data and services are completely safe. The global IT outage on Friday had no impact on our infrastructure, thanks to our strict internal policies and choice of technology partners. We remain available for any questions and further information."
