Ivan Yonchev, Project Manager in International Sales Department at Neterra was invited as a panelist at Capacity Balkans 2011

The conference was held on April 11 - 12 in Bucharest and the most influential leaders of the telecom market have participated.

Neterra is a leading telecom operator and has been traditionally invited as a participant at the conference Capacity Balkans 2011. The organizers of the event regularly seek the expertise of Neterra representatives as professionals in the field and partner and key representative of the largest Tier 1 providers. Each year the conference gathers the most influential leaders of the telecom market and the event gradually increases its importance on the market and reveals the tremendous growth potential of the Balkans especially with the slowly opening Turkish market, on which Neterra participates successfully.

Ivan Yonchev was invited into one of the key panels, which discussed the parameters of fixed and wireless broadband and implementing optimum business models to increase revenue. Participants shared their predictions on future demand for content services and high-speed broadband access. Panelists discussed the existing FTTH infrastructure in the region and its potential to fuel new growth. 

Current plans for profitable infrastructure in the region were addressed in a way to avoid overbuilding at some places and encourage progress in the less developed regions. On the panel were made clearer predictions on spread of 3G, 4G/LTE and WiMAX networks and future market share of the wireless services in the region.
