Supernova Factory intends to change the location of its office. They plan to move to a new one where there is no information on infrastructure cabling. The company is looking for a complete solution, which will include: inspection and measurement of the cabling in the office, installation of a rack, construction of an internal network, power supply, option to run a second line afterwards. 

  • The challenge of relocation is that it should actually happen in less than 24 hours. The old office stops working in the morning, and the new one starts at the end of the same day! 

  • Supernova Factory is conducting its own research to select a partner with which to carry out the technical work. The customer contacts Neterra with specific conditions, one of which is that the work process does not interrupt during the relocation. 

  • Neterra's team mobilized in a flash. First, collects information from the client and recognizes his technical needs and requirements. Second, inspects the place, describes, and tests the internal wiring, measures the Wi-Fi coverage. Based on the audit and requirements, the team prepares a technical solution which includes required devices to ensure 100% coverage. After that checks the wiring and makes an installation plan.

The Solution

Neterra offers the service "Managed Network Services", which includes support for all active network devices - routers, switches, points for providing wireless connectivity.  

Neterra's team performs the necessary inspections and planning of everything related to the infrastructure. Builds the network, which includes installation of a rack, description and testing of all sockets, installation of a router, switch, UPS, planning, installation and provision of Wi-Fi coverage throughout the office. As the office is larger, it is necessary to install several additional Wi-Fi devices.  

Neterra offers another solution for a second internet, if needed. The monitoring of the network remains in the hands of the Neterra Network Monitoring Center, which always responds quickly and adequately in the event of a connectivity problem or the need for assistance.  

The pandemic is once again changing the location of employees - from the office to their homes. Despite the new conditions, the work of Supernova Factory should not stop.
