Sergey Burushkin: "Lack of experts is a problem for Industry 4.0"

"Not the lack of technology, but the human factor is the biggest challenge facing the development of Industry 4.0 in Bulgaria," said Sergey Burushkin, a product marketing expert at Neterra, during the conference //: meetthefuture / Industry 4.0.

According to him, companies need to realize that they need to invest more in the development of human capital, and in particular IT specialists, in order to solve the shortage of experts.

He also recommended a second solution for companies that want to keep up with time – to trust partners, such as Neterra. "It is always better to rely on professionals who are familiar with new technologies and are able to integrate them into business processes so that they achieve the desired efficiency," added Burushkin.
