Neterra`s manager, Neven Dilkov, became a member of the Expert Public Council for the management of the .бг and .bg registers of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology, and Communications (MTITC).
The Council controls the implementation of the agreement between MTITC and IMENA.BG gives opinions on draft regulatory acts and documents in the field of information technology, participates in the management of the ".бг" and ".bg" registers.
Neven Dilkov is the first independent Internet provider in Bulgaria with nearly 25 years of experience in the telecom industry. He is a Board member of many branch organizations, including the European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA), the Bulgarian Telecommunications Operators' Association (BABTO), the Electronic Communications Association, the Managing Board of the Access to Information Program.
He is the founder of Neterra and the world's first distributed Internet Exchange platform - NetIX. Together with partners and colleagues, Neven Dilkov creates other large-scale business projects such as Neterra.TV, Cloudware.bg, NetFleet.bg, Sofia Data Center. He studied computer science at Tsinghua University, China, and graduated at West Virginia Wesleyan College, USA.
