Neterra will sign documents only electronically

The company started signing documents using UES to save its and its partners' time and resources

Neterra start sending by default all contracts signed with universal electronic signature since January 1, 2012. Compared to the traditional, electronic signature is a better alternative and carries the same legal value. The main aim of the company is to maximize productivity and efficiency by reducing the time needed for a project to start. This is a two-way optimization process - the electronic documents handling let not only the company to save time and resources but also its partners.  

In order to assist its clients, Neterra has created instructions for using and signing documents with UES. The instructions describe the processes for signing files using the official software of each licensed UES provider.   

Neterra implemented universal electronic signatures to offer higher reliability of its business activities. The company will increase security and confidentiality of the information which both sides are exchanging in their correspondence. The company will cut paper spending substantially and increase efficiency by reducing the activities for processing paper copies of the documents - printing, scanning, faxing or sending them by courier.
