Neterra has signed a joint statement between EU and Ukrainian telecom operators. This happened online in the presence of representatives of the European Commission, including the initiator of the declaration EU Commissioner for Internal Market Thierry Breton. Among the participants were representatives of telecommunications companies and EU industry organizations such as the European Competitive Telecommunications Association ecta, of which Neterra CEO Neven Dilkov is chairman.

Through the declaration, both European and Ukrainian telecom operators agree to take the necessary steps, which would result in lower prices for EU calls to Ukraine and vice versa (roaming and international calls between the EU and Ukraine).

"Neterra is part of the European telecoms space. This initiative means full support for Ukraine, which is not limited to mobile services. Many telecoms are doing more than just reducing the cost of calls, and Neterra is among them," Neven said.

Neterra sent satellite internet access equipment through a foundation that delivered it to those in need in Ukraine. The company offers jobs for Ukrainian refugees. Its staff supports peaceful anti-war marches, raises funds and provides assistance through shelter, transportation, and personal volunteer work at Ukrainian refugee centers.
