Bulgarian telecom operator Neterra upgraded its connectivity with DE-CIX - Europe's largest Internet Exchange Point in Frankfurt, Germany - to 10G. So far the company had a 4G connectivity, but due to rising customer demand rate was increased directly to 10G.
Frankfurt was recently ranked the №1 Internet traffic hub in Europe, and DE-CIX provides direct connectivity between more than 330 networks, including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, YouTube and all the major telecommunications operators. The benefit for Neterra's customers is that their connection to more than 30 percent of the global Internet is direct, without intercession of other international operators.
