At the beginning of the month Neterra participated within two consecutive days in the 25th edition of the Annual Job & Internship Fair of the American University in Bulgaria. On 03.04 Neven Dilkov, CEO, introduced the lecture „Silicon Valley Style High Tech (Ad) Venture“ to the students. On the next day “Marketing“, „Human Resources“ and „Sales Departments“ teams lectured on internship programs and professional development opportunities in the company.
In line with the company's understanding, Neterra became a sponsor of the Olympic Games organized by the American University for the 13th consecutive year. The event aims to stimulate young people to lead a better and healthier lifestyle.
On 12.04. Neterra offered fourth year students in „Telecommunications“ at The Technical University of Sofia (TUS) the opportunity to feel the company's rhythm inside the "Open Doors Day". The periodic initiative is related to Neterra's desire to introduce future professionals to the practice.
The meetings with TUS students continued on 17th as well, when Neterra took part in the annual Job Fair, organized by the Technical University. The young specialists were acquainted with the opportunities for summer practice and the appropriate vacancies for them.
In addition, a meeting with students at the Cisco Academy of BARZICT took place on 18.04, introducing Neterra's NOC department work and organization to the future colleagues. The series of TUS events ended on 28.04 during the Open Doors program of TUS with a lecture entitled "DDoS Attacks - Specifics, Trends and Protection Mechanisms" which was endorsed with an extraordinary interest.
Moreover, Neterra was engaged and sponsored the first edition of the LibertyBits Conference 2018, which happened on 24th in Sofia Tech Park. At the event Nikolay Chakinski, Head of Infrastructure Projects and Goods Supply Department, presented Neterra's new project - SDC Stolnic and the benefits of basic colocation.
Last but not least, Neterra not only partook but was a “Gold Sponsor“ in the Entegre Siber Güvenlik Platformu Istambul on 26.04, where Dean Belev, Product Manager Internet and Data Transfer, gave a lecture entitled “DDos Attacks - Specifics, Trends and Protection Mechanisms."
